Return & Exchange Policy

At Mercado Clothing, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.

Exchanges:

• Only items in new and unused condition are eligible.

• Send your item via any courier (avoid using the courier’s flyer to prevent extra charges).

• Contact us via WhatsApp at 03078501490 with your size change request.

• The exchange process takes 5–7 working days in total:

  • 1–3 days for us to receive your parcel,

  • 1–3 days to process and dispatch the exchanged item after approval.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns (Refunds):

• Refunds are only provided for damaged or defective items.

• Color or size issues are eligible for exchange only, not refund.

• After receiving your return, allow 3–4 working days for approval and inspection.

• Refunds (via JazzCash or Easypaisa) will be processed after approval.
