Refund Policy – Mercado Clothing

Thank you for shopping with us! By purchasing from Mercado Clothing, you agree to the following refund terms:

Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are only applicable on damaged or defective items.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

How to Return:

• Contact us via WhatsApp at 03078501490 to request approval.

• Send the item to:
  Plaza 54, Block B, Commercial Area, Pak Arab, Ferozepur Road, Lahore
  using any courier service. (Avoid using the courier's flyer to prevent extra charges.)

Refund Process:

• After receiving the returned parcel, please allow 3–4 working days for inspection and approval.

• Once approved, the refund will be issued via JazzCash or Easypaisa.

• Send your account details via WhatsApp at 03078501490.

• Delivery charges (Rs. 250 to 350) will be deducted from the refund amount.

• The full process takes 5–7 working days after we receive your parcel.
